Long hot day!!!!

Ian and I had a long day today. We are trying to get ready for our big weekend. We have the family reunion on Friday night, Aunt Hollie , Uncle Kenneth and sweet Elizabeth coming to visit us on Saturday and then we have Ian's Baptism on Sunday. We are going to have lots of family and friends here to help celebrate this wonderful time in Ian's life. Chad and I thank God everyday for giving us such a wonderful son. We truly are blessed.

Father's Day

For fathers day we went to Church and took Chad out to eat. We had a really good time. Then Chad had to come home and work a little so Ian and I read books, sang songs and played on the floor. Last week I took Ian to the doctor and he weighed 10lbs 6oz. He really is getting big. Ian is starting to talk and smile but when I get the camera out he stops. I think he might be a little camera shy. We hope everyone had a great Father's day.

The First Two Weeks

Here is a picture of Ian. He fell asleep wondering what he could do next to keep his parents from getting any rest. Just kidding, he is actually allowing us to get a little bit of sleep at night. Some nights more than others.

Ian is Here

Jennifer and I are pleased to announce the birth of our son, Ian. Born at 10:26 AM on May 13th, 2009. He weighed 7lbs, 5oz, and was 20.5 inches long. Both Jennifer and baby are doing good. Dad is learning how to take care of baby.

I go to the hospital Tuesday night(May12th) for them to give me medicine that will help me progress into labor. Then Wednesday morning the doctor will start inducing me. So Little Murff should be here on May 13th. Thank you for all of your prayers and support through this wonderful time in our lives. We look forward for everyone to meet our little angel.
