Ian's First Christmas

My first Christmas present from Ian. The talented ladies at school and Ian made this for me. Ian's teacher drew all the details on the pillow. These are pictures we took today. Ian is starting to scoot forward, so any day now he will be on the move.

Goofing Off

Ian had his 6 month check up this week (yes I know he is almost 7 months) and he is just over 17lbs and 27.5 inches long. The doctor was very pleased on his progress. She said he is doing everything he should be doing. Any day now he will be crawling across the house. I am excited but don't want him to grow up so fast. Here are a few pictures we took tonight and also after taking his first dose of Motrin. He seemed a little dazed. Yes, we are planning to lower his mattress this weekend. When I walked in (he was playing in his bed) he was trying to pull up on the railing. I also have Christmas pictures to post but want to post it closer to Christmas. I hope you enjoy the pics. Little Bit of Everything

Sorry it has been a while since I have posted anything on this blog. Now to the fun stuff. Ian turned 6 months old last week and he is doing so many things new. He is sitting up on his own ( I have to sit him up), moving all over the place, talking and really noticing everything around him. We had a great Halloween. We went to the pumpkin patch and took some good pictures. He had a good time but he will really enjoy it more next year. Ian and Abby are starting to interact with each other. Ian likes to pet her and she likes to lick his hands, feet and face. We try to stop her before she gets to his face but she is too fast for us. Here are some pictures from the last few weeks.
